The study program for EBIM coincides with the curriculum laid down by the Bielefeld Graduate School of Economics and Management (BiGSEM).

The department of economics is awarding the doctoral degree of economics (Dr. rer. pol.). In addition, EBIM agreed for international joint doctorate supervision (Co-tutelle) together with Université Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne.
